Featuring proven air-displacement pipetting and robust CO-RE (Compressed O-Ring Expansion) technology, this new multi-channel head can perform on-the-fly tip exchanges to deliver exceptional accuracy and precision across an unprecedented dynamic pipetting range from 1ul to 1000ul. Integrated to the MICROLAB® STAR line of automated workstations, this first-of-its-kind, high-speed pipetting head makes fast work of common pipetting routines such as reagent additions, plate replications and serial dilutions. The 1ML volume capability is ideal for large volume applications such as cell culture feeding and solid phase extraction, and enables longer uninterrupted aliquoting for higher levels of throughput. A high level of process control is provided via capacitance-based liquid level detection.
