LRIG Events
Meetings are typically held starting at 2:00 pm at the Embassy Suites, South San Francisco. The meeting consists of five technical presentations with breaks for refreshments and an exhibition.
Membership in LRIG is free! This is a not-for-profit group with no dues. To become a member and receive meeting notifications and updates, please fill out our sign-up form and be sure to check the “Bay Area” box.
Exhibition
Most events have a vendor exhibition with table-top displays. To register for the exhibition, please have a credit card or Google Checkout account available. Note that payment of $450 is required with registration. After registering, your company name will appear on the upcoming events page and you’ll receive confirmation via email. Exhibition setup starts at noon on the day-of-event, please check in at the Registration table with the Event Coordinator. A six-foot, skirted table is provided, which are assigned by the Event Coordinator upon arrival. There is limited availability of power outlets.
